About Avia Condos
Avia Condos is planned as a 45-storey tower with 568 mixed condo units. Suites range from 460 square feet to 922 square feet.
Avia Condos Financials
Currently Avia Condo units are available from the mid $300Ks to the high $600Ks. HST is included with the purchase price.
The deposit structure is as follows:
- $5K with the offer
- Balance to 5 per cent in 30 days (one month)
- 5 per cent in 90 days (three months)
- 5 per cent in 180 days (six months)
- 10 per cent on occupancy
Unlike most other developments, a parking spot and locker are included in the purchase price for suites that are more than 500 square feet. Parking maintenance will cost $50 a month and locker maintenance will cost $20 a month.
Maintenance fees are approximately 57 cents a square foot per month, with the option to sign up with Bell for $30 a month.
Amenities include 24-hour concierge, two guest suites, an outdoor barbecue and dining area, chef’s kitchen, party room, a theatre, kids outdoor and indoor play area, a yoga studio, a sun terrace, a gaming lounge, and an exercise room.
The Avia Condos Neighbourhood: Parkside Village
Parkside Village is a pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood and considered Mississauga’s first “urban village.” It has a Walk Score of 91, with walkable streets that lead residents and visitors alike from parks to promenades, cafes to condos, and shops to services.
This urban area is also very accessible, whether by transit or car, offering easy access to Mississauga’s main transit hub, local busses and Highways 403 and 401. The development’s Transit Score is 85.
Parkside Village offers an abundance of shops and services as well, with six commercial/retail blocks spanning more than 150,000 square feet. It also offers easy access to Ontario’s largest shopping centre, Square One.

Within the urban area of Parkside Village, there are also three parks as well as plenty of outdoor spaces within the neighbourhood.
