About TC5 Condos

TC5 is the fifth tower planned in the Transit City development in Vaughan. Currently units that have been released to Platinum/VIP agents range from 483 square feet to almost 900 square feet. These units range from one-bedroom condos to two-bedroom-plus-den condos.

The units that have currently been released to Platinum/VIP agents for the TC5 release range from the high $400Ks for one bedrooms, low $500Ks for one-bedroom-plus-den and start in the low $600Ks for two-bedrooms.

The Transit City Condos are a commuter’s dream. They are located right beside the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station, allowing residents to take the subway or many different regional bus routes. Highways 7, 400 and 407 are also nearby, making it very easy to commute to school, work, or play.

Nearby there is a movie theatre, mini putt, Dave and Busters, eateries and clubs. Ikea, Canada’s Wonderland, and Vaughan Mills are all within driving distance.

York University is a five-minute subway ride away, and the city’s other post-secondary schools are all accessible via transit.

At the centre of Transit City, there is a nine-acre park planned complete with a natural ampitheatre, art park, and cafe where residents can enjoy some peace and quiet.

The Transit City development is HOT. In fact, TC4 sold out in a matter of hours, making it themost successful launch of 2019. Transit City is the single largest residential construction site in Canada right now, and TC5 is sure to be a hot commodity too. Interested investors are advised to get in early. Transit City is also easily accessible for students as York University is a five-minute subway ride away. Vaughan is also considering building more schools as the area grows and develops, with several highly-ranked public and Catholic schools in the area.
